Baofeng's resin portfolio covers three polyethylene families and two other polymer lines. LLDPE is the flexible-film workhorse for packaging, stretch and agricultural film; HDPE, stiffer and stronger, serves blow-molded containers, crates, pipes and film; LDPE offers soft, highly processable film for easy-open and coating applications. PP comes in homopolymer grades for woven bags, injection molding and thin-wall food containers, impact copolymers for appliance and automotive parts, and fiber grades for nonwovens. EVA copolymers, with different vinyl acetate contents, are chosen for foams, hot-melt adhesives, films and solar encapsulation.

Two numbers tell most of the story: melt flow index (MFI) and density. Higher MFI means easier filling for thin-wall or injection parts; lower MFI gives the toughness and burst strength needed for film and blow molding. Higher density adds stiffness and chemical resistance, while lower density brings flexibility and sealing performance. Grades are supplied as natural pellets in 25 kg bags, each marked with the grade code, batch number and production standard for full traceability — match the MFI and density to your process, then confirm the grade with a sample or COA before volume orders.
